Before working on your kite, the staff will identify the problem and explain what needs to be done in order to fix the problem. There’s no secrets or hidden fees, everything will be disclosed. They’ll create a repair ticket with an estimate of the cost and a time the repair will be done.

The tubing used to connect the struts to the leading edge is also for sale with the zip ties to connect them.
